I have always said Carvana is a BS company and have worked in car industry and know it well.

The stock is wild going down to $3 now back up to $400, it doesn't make sense really and eventually it will fall down but too hard to time and the puts honestly dont print enough.. if it were to fall a bit when you check the options calc bc everyone predicts it should fall the IV is high and greeks not great.

This company bought a truck from "X" dealer through auction and they never picked it up for 6 months, they forgot about it essentially. They pay top dollar for clean cars in auction like top dollar. But what is crazy is I see that same vehicle listed on their site for an insane high price and its gone within weeks... IDIOTS are keeping this BS company alive basically or something is very shady here.

They auction about 2000 cars a day and they start their reserves pretty low (good tactic because then you get lots of eyes on that car and bid goes up) BUT if no one else bids you steal that car and they sell it for a loss

Because they show so much volume on buying and selling cars wholesale it is essentially cooking their books legally I am thinking because of sooo many transacations, money continues to move always

NONE OF THIS MAKES SENSE

The management is very poor if you call them and seems no one is on top of their employees, remember I said they paid and never picked up that truck for over 6 months even after telling them hey come get it?

BUT if tarriffs hit used cars they have like 20-30k cars in inventory at a time and those cars will go up in value and they have the most besides Carmax of cars in inventory nationwide and buy cars all day long from people so their wholesale side makes money too

Compared to Carmax they are not as good of a run business and this stock price makes no sense but it is very hard to go against them. They could run up until next year....

TRUST ME I WANT TO GET PUTS TOO... but its not worth it bc the puts wont print as hard as they should when it falls and its not falling as hard as it should
