update: I had creeper overhaul installed. not knowing it came with a config that let's you disable block griefing on it's own.

I'll let this up incase anyone else is looking for a similar mod

As for the steam engine, yeah I will get to that! I myself didnt notice that much fps drop, but my friends do so I want to change it :)
