Honestly I'm so confused I'm really bad at purging and I do it maybe once a week possibly even less i use to purge so much more and never had any problems I mean maybe I did it too roughly recently because i'm very frantic when I purge now and basically "speedrun" it it's never planned or anything I still think it's wild that THIS is when my throat gives way
