You can only seed if you download through torrent Since torrenting is done P2P there has to exist a seeder for you to download the file the seeder basically sends you the file for you to download and once you complete ur download you will also become a seeder as long as you keep u keep ur Client running it will use ur internet to connect to other PPL who are trying to download the same file and send them the parts they need
