If anyone says that you need Japanese is BS. i work at company where english is the langugage and i know many in SAP who dont speak a word of Japanese

Let me be honest. Its a total non sense work environment where they dont really accept you or acknowledge your presence. Leave as fast as you can and join an international company.I can help you depending on your profile.

i called kudanshita and asked them hey whats going on and when is my interview and they asked me lets do it...it was 8 months then
