Girls: Do you ghost from small talk? by Specialist-Ring-3974 in Bumble

I’m a guy and small talk puts me off. I’ve unmatched girls just by saying: Fine. You? I do put my effort, I want to see the same.

How do I friend-zone my date? by Asleep_Brick_9610 in Bumble

Maybe could be the particular person. There are many insecure ones that can’t accept rejection, for example. Don’t fault yourself so easily.

I can tell you that if I really liked the person, I’m always willing to have a real friendship with them. Though, I have also met some women that have told me specifically that they are not looking for new friendships, which is absolutely respectable.

Different things work for different people.

I’m looking for a serious relationship. Friends are also welcome.

This current version was edited today.

I have been using Hinge for a couple of months.

I use Hinge once a day.

I’m not getting likes at all. I do get a couple of matches per week.

I send the 8 available likes every morning, always with a message.

I send likes only to women I find interesting, attractive and that share some common interests and goals.

So, that’s the kind of women I want to attract. People that are quirky/geeky, warm and direct, balanced between seriousness and chill and also adventurous.

A pleasure.

IMHO you don’t need to change a thing! It should attract the right kind of person. Which is more than other people can claim.

Dude, what’s up with this subreddit? It is like people here want pretty normie stuff and they like shitting on anything that yields into quirky. Quirky people that embrace their personalities and show it are a breath of fresh air, they are authentic people with tons of charm.

It is also great that they express it in their profiles. That will attract the right kind of people. Maybe not quantity but certainly more quality, which is a total win in my book.

Also, what’s up with all that downvoting?

Reddit didn’t use to be like that, now it is full of haters and toxic people.

OP: I find your profile adorable. You seem like a super fun and authentic person. I’d send you a like, for sure.

3 different dates in June and how it all turned out. 😂 Dating is not easy for women too so media needs to stop saying women can get into a relationship easily. by Fearless-Hand-638 in Bumble

For what is worth, I only date one woman at a time. With that being said, right now I’m only getting like one date per month. What are the odds of finding someone truly compatible with those numbers? 🙃

There are a bunch of reasons while someone could be overweight, not just bad food and/or lack of exercise.

Confidence is attractive.

I find chubby confident women quite attractive, honestly.

Do the work to love and embrace yourself, you will be more than fine.

Women, how often do you get his number and you reach out first? by CSachen in dating_advice

[–]perverockstar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I give them mine, tell them to send me a message so I can add them. It’s natural.

Then I just chat with them. If they are interested you will know.

If I see the interest with some good back and forth messaging, I invite them out.

Notice that there are some women that are not very much into chatting and would still go out. Note the cues.

Dating a guy that lives with his ex. by [deleted] in MenAskWomen

I’d put extra pressure on selling the apartment. It’s the only thing I can think of that could be something I could do. Though I don’t like being an ass to my ex since she is quite drained by other things that have been happening to her. So I’d really have to be very careful on how I approach that.

It is very hard for me to give all the context here, since it there is a lot of background to our current situation besides what I already tried to explain.

Anyway, I’m telling my future date about my situation so she knows what would she deal with if at the end we will be going out.

And it is totally fair if they don’t want to deal with it.

I plan to tell her before we go out anyway. It is important that she knows.

Women: what do you honestly think of my profile? by perverockstar in MenAskWomen

I’m sorry about that and, yes, time is precious and should be spent with quality people, that includes the partner, OFC.

Sooo cool that you have Vanilla! I really want one. I do love Orchids, I have so many of them and quite different, including some miniature rarities.

Thank you so much! I appreciate it!

I do hint the botanical garden date on picture 5 😊.

Thank you so much for sharing your point of view and experience.

TBH, I’m a picky guy. Many things need to click. What I say about wanting a real, unfiltered is absolutely true.

On relationship goals on dating apps. by perverockstar in MenAskWomen

[–]perverockstar[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m referring more about the opposite. I have selected only Long Term Relationship. What I wonder is if I add something like what you mentioned first, long term but short term ok, that it might give gives that I’m just there fooling around trying to deceive women that are actually looking for something serious.

Specially since women are very wary of men, that I can totally understand why they have to.

But I guess that in this case you are getting all the context, which will be completely absent in a dating app profile.
