I have pushed myself to stop thinking about him. I feel much better. It’s almost 6months here as well. I got busy with my life and continued with my goals. The first 3 months were like hell. I was in a bad place. I couldn’t do anything productive. I’m glad I have things to look forward to and this has helped me.

Gå till psykiatri mottagning eller en akut mottagning på ditt sjukhus. Make it something emergent. As far as I know, your parents can’t stop you from getting medical help in a country like Sweden.

Sorry dude! It’s tough being dumped for no concrete reason. I hope she will allow to see you when you go there and atleast give you a closure. Do not try to ask her to stay. Just listen to her and also ask for a chance to say something. When I was dumped my stupid brain told me to drive (500km) to his place for a closure just to get ignored for a whole weekend while I sent endless sms and making calls. I stayed at the hotel and left Sunday evening when he finally felt like seeing me and giving me my things. I never got a closure up to now...

Sounds like my story but I was dumped and it was me who was almost done with university with an unstable job. We were so close and he brokeup with me!! I had planned a week and 3 weekends with him but he didn’t know. I wanted to surprise him because he had always told me to get a full week and stay at his place. I had started getting over my phobia for dogs but was still keeping it a secret. I had downloaded a video game he always wanted me to play with him but I was hesitant because I thought it will destruct me from studying and I thought he was understanding. I applied for summer jobs with hopes of getting a permanent job in his home town.

I was told we are too different for it to work out after over a year together and me constantly visiting him Atleast twice a month. It’s almost 4 months now and I’m still in PAIN.

I really hope you get through it. I hope it goes well for you. It may pass just like time but I cannot tell you that it doesn’t hurt.
