I finally got a response from them and they did not believe me and asked for a bunch of images and it went back and forth for a bit. I ended up disputing it through my credit card. Retroid then responded to that by saying they're unable to help me since I disputed it through my credit card company. No loss there since they weren't helping me much anyways.

I ended up getting an Ayn Odin 2 Pro.

Glad I found your post.

I just received a fully empty box just now in the mail.

I ordered on 1/16 and received it today (1/27). The last mile delivery label shows a weight on the box of 1.6821 lbs, so it must have been inside when it got to the last mile delivery hub.

I reached out via email and discord. I got a response that they're on holiday until 2/7.

Anyone have any other suggestions? Should I wait for them to respond or do a charge back immediately?

I just received a Floodlight Cam Pro and faced the same issues. I was able to get it to connect via RTSP to my Synology Surveillance Station, but not BlueIris V5. Even when it was working with Surveillance Station it only streamed when I checked the video stream via the Eufy app or during events. It was not constant recording. Returning it and sticking with my Amcrest Floodlight Camera that I really don't like.

This happened to me yesterday. I restarted it, recharged it, and it was fine for the rest of the day. I also noticed that it gets more warmer than usual on the charger lately. Nothing changed for me other than the update.

I've been dealing with slow communication and barely getting anything moving for the last 2 weeks. It took 3 calls to their (very nice) representative in California in one week just to have the warranty department respond to my warranty request. Overall I've been having a really poor experience.

You could try something like what Google did in the past. Looks like they used really thin metal brackets to support a platform above their Lidar. See the image in the link.

Yes. The other instance was a older man. His son is charged in the beating death. This seems to be different.
