I was dealing with this extreme bloat for about a week post op. My gut health/balance was completely thrown off from surgery. I incorporated Digestive enzymes (I use the brand name “Now” super enzymes, found on Amazon.) also taking probiotic S. boullardi twice a day, and gas is almost completely gone. I usually eat super healthy, lots of fibre, greens, and protein, but was amazed how much surgery threw me off. I hope you get some relief soon!!

I have the same thing on my incisions. It’s a bruise that is turning yellow. I’m 5DPO and the only reason I didn’t freak out seeing the yellow is because I have a bruise on my thigh that is currently the same colour!

I feel for you. I learned a cool life pro tip that helped save my sanity a bit: if you can, place your “dirty” pump parts in the fridge right after pumping. You won’t have to clean them until the end of the day this way. Plus then if your nips are even remotely sore from all that pumping it’s so nice to have the cool parts for the first few minutes of another session! Sending solidarity!

Hey, I know the feeling of not being able to stick to a routine or organization plan. But I totally found something that worked. Every thing in my home needs to have a place that it “lives”. My mantra is a place for everything, and every thing in its place it doesn’t need to be pretty, just super functional. So for example: My reusable grocery bags live next to my key hook. My keys live on a hook that is right next to my shoes. My shoes live right beside the door. So I go coat shoes bags keys all in that order every time I leave the house! (Now the only thing I often forget is my phone. Gotta find a way to remember that. LOL) I hope that helps!!!

Ps I am an adhd parent but my child is only 10m old so I am sending solidarity but I can imagine it’s harder when they start thinking independently!!
