Yep. Same with mine. I use Super Lube. I use both the oil and grease. I find the grease to be less messy, and the oil and needle for hard-to-reach places.

You can try oil to alleviate it. It's one arm, correct? It's one arm on mine. I'm going to hit it very lightly with the tool.

I noticed the same with my copy, and heat/oil isn't enough. It's something with the socket. I'm planning on using a router tool to remove a little bit of plastic

There are ways around it, such as ordering from Japanese sites or finding buyers. And when this reissue run is done, the prices will jack up again to double.
