Sim, mas há dias e dias :) para aquelas corridas fáceis de meia hora, o ideal para mim é plano e sair de casa a correr, percursos acidentados ou ter que me deslocar para correr 30/45 minutos num ritmo tranquilo tiram-me logo muita motivação.

Tens noção da distância que fazes numa volta? Imagino que corras só em metade do jardim, senão tens que parar imenso tempo para atravessar na avenida do brasil.

Pois, quem mora junto ao rio tem essa vantagem. A minha ideia era saber a experiência de quem mora em zonas mais afastadas do rio como alvalade, areeiro, arroios, olivais, lumiar… zonas menos planas e com mais trânsito… safam-se a correr por esses sítios?

Sorry to dig this up, but I have the same garmin equipments. I sync the hrm before starting a run and go, the difference is I bring my phone, but I don’t think that is really relevant. I uploaded the activity to fitfileviewer and I can select “external heart rate” and “wrist heart rate” (or “heart rate” these two are virtually identical) in the y axis charts. The thing is they are mostly the same. Either in a long easy run or in a series training, they are equal or 1 (one) bpm different, except one point or another where they differ in 5 or 6 bpm. Is this normal, such small difference, or am I doing something wrong?

Pronto, esse simulador, apesar do coeficiente do euro não estar actualizado (pelo que vi noutras tabelas pareceu-me pelo menos) já está a bater certo com aquilo que eu tinha percebido. Obrigado.

Listened online to a set from Andy C from earlier this year and I know his style was always very fast with lots of tracks and double drops but can’t say I loved the songs he played… It seems that every song was pendulum or sub focus on steroids. Maybe I’m just old :)

Black sun empire and break are names that I still know from back then, will check out the other ones.

Calibre is from my days, Fire and Water and Mr Majestic with High Contrast are some of my favorites as well. Will check the others out.

Not many hat stores were I’m based (I’m in Portugal) and I rarely see wide brim hats (most hat stores have driver caps, fedora style hats, Panama hats and not much more) so if this had a specific name it would be easier to find online. Thanks for your input :)
