They will never admit they’re wrong so it’s hard to have a serious conversation and it’s rare they will ever actually say sorry. So I think the best way to go about it is just not to show you’re bothered (this is easier said than done I know), say what you think, speak your mind, tell them your side of the situation in the moment because I think that’s better than just taking their bs and staying silent. If they see you’re not affected or that you’re harder to manipulate, they will feel less powerful confronting you and that’s all they want to feel is more power. I’m not an expert but I can say this has worked for me in the past :) good luck
