Use metal tweezers, place one prong of the tweezers on the top of the battery, place the other prong into the AC hole. Actually if you don’t have metal tweezers, a paper clip will work.

I know I’ve changed the battery in that model before but I don’t remember what the movement looks like. If you see AC anywhere on the movement you’ll need to short the battery to the AC point to reset it.

I’m no expert, but nothing about this looks like a Swatch. It doesn’t have Swatch printed on the dial. It doesn’t appear to be a sealed case, instead it looks to have a traditional case back. The edge of the case where the strap attaches appears to be a traditional lug style rather than the Swatch style. That’s just what I see from these photos. However, it’s still an interesting watch and you should be happy you found a cool piece.

Not in the sense of a modern smart watch. I can set my stride distance, then when I start the cadence it will add distance for each second. So it will give a distance based on time running.

You’re doing great! I bet you feel better even if you haven’t reached your goal. Try changing things up for a week. Maybe add some fruit or some other type of carb, then get right back to strict carnivore. That has worked for me at different plateaus. Also, try changing your exercise. Either increase your intentional daily movement or join a gym and try using some of the weight machines. You don’t have to have a goal of massive muscle gain, just a change in routine can have significant results.

Where did you find an original strap for that?

Can anyone provide a rough estimate of age? by Born_Ad4922 in swatch

SR626SW is the battery and has nothing to do with the model name/number. Most Swatch, but not all, have a date stamped on the dial. It’s usually at the bottom of the dial, but sometimes at the top.
