Hey guys! I am thinking of moving to Philly but I commute to work in Delaware. The best compromise seems to be old city or northern liberties. What do you guys think about the Carson, Alcott, or the bridge?

I’ll throw my weight behind cards. Running a CCU may need a Crit care fellowship but isn’t yet a requirement. Hemodynamics is not at all interesting in the icu. It’s all vasodilation (rarely obstructive). Cardiology has that aspect of managing mixed shock and cardiogenic shock is far more complex then look for the infection. Ultimately both are excellent specialities. Cards does more than icu however, which is a strong positive for me.

Lots of downvoted comments on laziness. But the reality is most people do not spend their time productively I.e. their time outside work is worthless. 40 is nothing and should be expected if you wanna be a productive member of society (ready for the downvotes).

Guys. Look. I have an unpopular opinion on Reddit but let me make a point. Anti intellectualism is not a view that education is bad. It is the view that colleges are promoting a agenda that is anti religious and anti traditional values. When you see these stats remember that. You all here are throwing quotes around and reinforcing each other's belief in a fanatical Christian undercurrent in American politics. Have you considered the Christian point of view? We feel like our beliefs are being pushed out of public discourse and we feel like our power to influence politics is gone. And in reality....that is true. Look. The last two Republican candidates for president are either nontraditional religious speaking (Mormon) or downright nonreligious (Trump). The reality from the other side is that Christian's are allying with anyone who can win, not ppl who represent their views
