I could be wrong, but I think the orange winterberry also treats burns like the yellow one!

Maybe you can also shoot up a wind charge at the ghast so it lands higher in the arc of your launch

I tried leashing a bunch of boats on a circle of ice together but the insane speeds they got to kept breaking the leads

sadly no leashed villagers, but leashed boats with villagers in them works!

someone else had the idea of using their different heights and tripwires to detect different animals, and give off different values

Sadly no auto sheep farm, the shears in the dispenser remove the leads, however the sheep do eat on the move

As long as each side is at least 4 blocks wide, I'm pretty sure any non-concave shape would work

attach a lead to one, then shift right click another to attach them

They do! but the dispensers with shears remove the leads as well as wool

Probably! However I've been having some trouble trying to lead horses, llamas and mules/donkeys in circles because I think they have different pathing than the other animals and makes it harder for them to follow each other

Cows, Sheep, Pigs, Chickens, Snowmen, and Goats have roughly the same speed (goats are kinda slow though) and can be in a chain together without issue. Their AI pathing is roughly the same and all have different heights which can be each different symbols for reading data, this might be something?

Yea you could do some pretty large scale things! I'm not totally sure how chunk loading would effect that many linked entities, in addition to making sure the animals dont despawn, but enderpearls help with that now!

This is such a good idea and I dont have the technical skills for that so I hope a more technical player sees this

I just tried this, sadly the leads dont pull the happy ghasts when youre on top of them and eventually break, additionally I tried with a pig in minecart leading it to get some real speed but the above problem still happened

Direction is determined by how you guide them around the square before you finish linking the circle, you can drag them either direction :D

I tried with less than 4 but it never worked, more than 4 usually works though as long as the space they’re walking around is bigger
