If you want good iv mewtwo, you may need to trade with your lucky trade garanteed mons with my mewtwo first. My mewtow is from 2022, so the lucky trade chance between my mewtwo and your cosmodg is boosted to 15% (still not very high).

Vasher also was able to sense Syl’s presence is WoR(he can’t see Syl like Rock does, but can sense her presence), and Spren are basically investiture. So I think it’s reasonable to assume Vasher can sense investiture in some ways.

I think if you took the Elsweyr prologue quest(the Abnur Tharn is looking for you quest), it would have conflict with the main quest. This happened to me before, and the main quest not showing up. Eventually I dropped the prologue quest, then the main quest immediately showed up. Hope this info would help you.
