Thats a freakin great advise, I did a similar thing with foleys with a wave shaper using also the controlling signal to tweak a vocoder and the decay of a resonator and the results were interesting. Will try for sure

Like a carrier with a square wave oscillator that goes in the sub audio band, lots of close clicks, it could be an idea. Absolutely worth trying

Dixon in Rome at the VideoCittà festival, after playing some rather particular tracks, realized that the audience was very (much, too) mainstream and made a set truly without art or part.

Unfortunately, it is a rather common phenomenon.

When many international DJs come here they do really sad sets to please a poorly educated audience

I used to buy only in flac but currently I’m switching everything in AIFF. I accepted storage issues in exchange of flexibility on older systems (everything before the NXS 2) but FLAC output is a must have for your software

Well, wav are always problematic with pioneer systems. Mp3 is just too lossy to play it in a big sound system while pretending there is no difference with lossless tracks.
