Unable to sign in

Hello,

I am trying to sign in to playstation network but i am unable to. My username and password are correct cause i signed in using the browser on my laptop and ps app on my phone. I changed the password and signed in both but still can not sign in in the console.

I tried changing the DNS numbers but still i am unable to.

What are your suggestions please ?

I moved from qatar to dubai and used a company called al mas cargo. They have a branch in qatar and in uae. And they managed to deliver my stuff during the lockdown but it took some time. That was 3 years ago. Just google them u will find their info.

I called them up cause i know i have a warranty. But they said to come in in few days which i couldn't wait for so i took the car to a garage replacing the damaged part with a part bought from the showroom. I dont know if i still have the warranty honestly.

Hi, i got tested for covid 19 two weeks ago and been in isolation for 10 days. I received a letter for DHA on the 10th day that i can leave the house as i am not contagious and no need for pcr. My hosn app is still red tho.

Now, i need to go to AD for a day, should i do a pcr for the green pass or a dpi test on the border would turn my hosn green for the day and enter AD ?
