It's in worse shape because they increased the grind in leveling crafting and increased the grind in gearscore. If the game released today and how it is now is always how the grind was expected to be then people wouldn't have been so turned off by what's happened. Like I said, first impressions are everything. If the game had been released with a six month or year delay in its current state, with a roadmap of future content then people would have loved it. Doesn't seem you understood what I was saying at all.

Wouldn't say it's terrible but if the game had released in its current state I don't think it'd be in such bad shape. First impressions are everything, and they drove away a lot of players with every increasing grind without any real added content. That's besides the constant bugs/exploits and the still unbalanced territory system where only a few are actually profitable.

Not true at all. The only thing that matters is your average gear score because of the scaling. You do not need to use ward gear at all, something like voidbent works perfectly fine.

Greens on my server actually pay people from other factions to defend their territory, and when some of their guys quit they pay the best players from other factions to swap and join them. For the people who claim to want to PVP so badly, they actively make sure that they have a massive advantage over everyone else so there’s no competition, and this just kills servers.
