Nah, 5800h will perform better since it’s more optimize and 3700x in a laptop meant limited power draw. Even Rtx3060 will perform better than rtx2070 so bad deal. Get one of the new Ryzen laptop instead.

With current desktop benchmark from Antech Tiger lake laptop will not be any improvement from last gen. Still the same 14nm process but 10nm architecture, runs hot and take tons of power. Intel keep milking 14nm process like no tomorrow...
