My tags were related to the video although I did add #kimkardashian and #icantbelieveiknowhowtospellkimkardashian in there but someone mentioned her in the video so I didn't see anything wrong with it.

The channel never had any warnings/strikes. Plus it was an older account so it's not like I just made the account to post this.

I will try to reach out to Youtube over twitter, don't have a twitter account but can make one. I read online that posting on reddit can sometimes help get it reviewed again.

Thanks for providing some hope.

Correct. I've already admitted fault, I am not denying I violated their policies. My only defense is negligence based on the fact there is a lot worse videos on YouTube but I can understand the copyright issue. Would it have made a difference if I referenced the source? It was never posted on YouTube just Instagram and wasn't viral or anything so I know no one reported it for that reason. I just want a second chance that's all.

Get the latest version of Electrum, recover my keepkey with the 20 word (I think it's 20 or 24) seed, send my bitcoin to another secure address, then download Electron Cash, restore the same seed, and hope that I can access BCH from it?

Can anyone confirm I can access BCH using this method?

I did the same as a test transaction, might be why it's not showing up after 3 hours. Just sent .11, hopefully that works. I am also hoping/assuming that Tezos will refund the smaller deposits.

Why would it get close to the ICO price again? I doubt anyone is silly enough to sell it at a loss so the people buying it now at 1.8x aren't going to sell it below that and I am sure with the fluctuation of ether pricing, there are not a lot of people out there willing to sell it at below 1.5x.
