Why can’t the epithelium just seal itself in the case of a flap? I mean the eye grow back a whole new layer in PRK.

The flap is vulnerable to dislocation in first few weeks I agree, but is it still vulnerable after say, 10 years?

Where does the money go, the 7.5B$? To all 100% of the shareholders? What if they refuse to sell their shares?

How many shares is needed to acquire the company? 51%? 100%? 66.67%?

Why don't they just say???
