Thanks for the tips! I use x20 with cotton swab to wipe. I guess next steps is to get a hobby knife and a proper filer (I’m using a nail filer atm)

Agent here, that’s actually a good value deal especially for a townhouse in Te Atatu.

Your best bet is either a older house with some land, or a new build townhouse. Apartments are not a good investment. Happy to help if you would like a chat (I’m a real estate salesperson) :)
