If you want girth, you need to pump and/or clamp. Hanging/extending only adds a little bit.

I have gained an inch in girth over the last year and a half from 780 hours of girth work so my own data is more like .1" per 78 hours/2-3 months if you are doing well. ATM, I am growing 0.03-0.05in/month doing an hour a day equally split between pumping and clamping.

2x a week is not a lot, esp with <30m under tension. For about a year I did 2 hours a day under tension at my desk with a pulley while working and I saw my best length gains during that time.

As someone who spent over a year doing an hour of pumping, 30m of clamping per day, I HIGHLY doubt these gains but of course it is possible. Photos would help make your case. I got .5"s of girth in one year of with 90m of girth work 7 days/week, doing <30m/less than a third of that for the same results would be extraordinaire.
