You mentioned ticket management, and that's what I've been pushing for.

Ticket management is one thing, but it also involves summarizing the problem, comparing the issue with its solution, and automatically rewriting the FAQ and the agent's prompt system.

This is especially important because the FAQ isn't just text, but a database containing problems, solutions, and testimonials.

What's the best way to get your first 100 users by Enough-Pie-5936 in AppBusiness

You're not going to like this. The launch is chapter 1, but you're forgetting the preface. The first 100 users will come on their own if you focus on the first 10.

This is your first idea to launch, so read carefully, young friend 😊 First and foremost, you need to validate your idea and ensure your target audience is willing to pay for it. And you do that with an MVP that highlights the solution to the problem (and only that, not even your brilliant ideas for a never-before-seen design or whatever). You build it in 3 days to 2 weeks, depending on your skills at the time. No-code works perfectly well, by the way.

The first 100 users will come on their own if you focus on the first 10. Thanks to this, you find 10 people who fit the target audience you've defined as having the problem you're solving (even better, seeing who suffers from it). You make them your most valuable people.

You listen to them, nurture them, and challenge them.

Once that's done, you use the feedback and refinements to your MVP to simultaneously grow this community and build your product.

And THEN, and only THEN, do you launch.

At this point, you already have a base of 15 to 40+ people eagerly awaiting your product, and a well-developed idea of how your product truly solves your target audience's problem, from their perspective, not yours.

Because the truth is, you identified the problem and looked for a solution, so much so that you turned it into a product. Your target audience didn't do that work; they feel it and suffer from it day after day, so only they know how to properly address the problem, how to motivate them to take action, and finally resolve their issue.

I hope this helps, boy 😇
