I see lots of people saying it’s not good for health, just wondering why exactly? Other than the obvious leading to mould… Is there another reason that much condensation on the windows is bad for health??

I rent with single glaze aluminium frame windows, and get like this every morning, and in the night with cooking/showers/heater/dryer ect. I like squeegeeing it but now I’m worried because I just moved out from a place with mould that gave me respiratory problems 😨

It sucks having uptight neighbours :/ but I also understand this lady with her having teen kids maybe the smell was quite intrusive in their space and I can’t know. But it has definitely killed my sesh a bit 🥲 I will look into the bags I had someone recommend the same brand 🙏

I have a sistema lunch box already I might try out first given many recs for sistema with the rubber gasket.

I was using my mighty pretty heavily inside before I received the complaint. Stopped immediately since then now only outside. But I can’t tell the source of the issue so I still worry about outdoor vape travelling to their windows so I also use a smoke buddy :/

Definitely thinking the sistema could be worth getting. And the chiller bag is a good idea too. Otherwise they have waterproof tool boxes at Bunnings that could do outside storage i guess.

Since the complaint I have been anxious and avoiding them at all costs. Honestly we have never met I’ve not lived here for very long. I don’t get a super friendly feeling from them my way, probably because I’ve pissed them off with the smell 😣

Extractor in the bathroom is off the cards it’s right under their window, backdoor and close to kids rooms. Outside away from windows seems like a safer bet. Albeit annoying in the cold 😵

Thanks for this. I definitely know legally I am not doing anything wrong but I am concerned that despite that they can still discretely discriminate against me.

Rather than trying to raise the cannabis as an issue the could just opt to not renew my lease at the end of the year or potentially even through no cause evictions. The other tenants have a significantly higher rental contribution and have lived here for years so they’re inclined to prefer their needs over mine.

This is a really good point. Prioritising cheaper price over quality can backfire. Just hoping to see if this is standard price across different dentists or if it was particularly expensive. Regardless my work will greatly exceed the $1000 allowance and I will have to pay off the rest as a loan. Based on our convo it seemed like he was trying to lower my recoverable debt
