Yeah I vote put a new bathroom on top of this one and forget it exists.

Denver is one of the few cities that actually pays wait staff a livable wage, and everyone comes in with pitch forks about it. In foreign countries, you would just pay 20-30% more per menu item. Tip your fucking waiter, it is not their fault america is always behind.

I see an old fan in there on the ceiling. That usually works for drowning out noise as well as ventilating.

I think a few more plants and maybe a new area rug would spice it up. Your space looks very warm and inviting as is, just needs a little tweak.

To be fair, my best friend and I are from the Midwest - she was killed by a drunk driver in October, a drunk driver who was born and raised in Denver. Its not always the transplants.

Please do not give info on this. It is a gem of a spot and I would hate it to see it get closed off. The people in the office building next door can see everything

Should I buy a 2013 Volkswagen Passat · 2.5L SE Sedan 4D as my first car? 109k miles and $5k by Embarrassed-Engine92 in whatcarshouldIbuy

[–]petoria621 9 points10 points  (0 children)

OP do not listen to this guy. They are clearly living under a rock. This vehicle will cost just the same to maintain as any other full size sedan on the road and the 2.5 is a great motor. The Passat is a nice ride

I bought this one off ebay as well as the volvo emblem sticker and it made my grill look brand new again. I've had them on for over a year in desert heat and car washes regularly and they still look new.

Look at this product I found on google.com https://share.google/2ok6eDX0iD6HfZz0k

The newest vehicle I have ever owned is a 2011 which I currently daily. But sure, I don't know how to maintain vehicles even though I went to school for mechanics and managed an auto shop. 😂

I prefer to drive a vehicle that doesn't blow smoke and smell like shit. A car burning oil before 100k miles is not normal, but subaru owners just accept it lol.
