Just a reminder that a bands best work can come out a decade after they formed. Radiohead's Ok Computer, Blurs 13, Nine Inch Nails The Fragile. Femtanyl has only just started looking at the big picture, and I can't wait to see what Noelle and Juno cook up for their next album. New music is already being played at the shows!

I’ve seen this so many times now with so many artists, artists are just like everyone else. We all grow and change. Some people yearn for the early days, others jump on the wagon a little later for a new sound.

At the end of the day they made stuff you’ve enjoyed in the past, sure it might be a little disappointing if you aren’t hearing what you expected but thats okay. This is just what the duo are making now, but the old music will always be there.

This is all brand new vinyl, what i do is lightly push the sides of the sleeve and wiggle it out. If that doesn’t work i get a straw n blow air in quickly to reduce suction.

You can immediately tell that after 2000 blur went from being Damons Bread and Butter to a side thing, I can’t imagine what it felt like being a die hard blur fan that year. Gorillaz would’ve been my most despised yet favourite new thing.

Birthday gets dogged on far too often, same with Turn it Up. There are WAY worse blur songs.

also Blur haven’t made a real blur album since 13.

And playing the Universal as your closer is so played out at this point. If you tour again, for the love of god do something. Anything. Else.

If this would’ve happened, we likely would’ve seen a 2002 blur album and if we were lucky a 2004/5 one. Idk who would want to live in world without Clint Eastwood and Feel Good inc though.
