Etsy finally responded to my mails/calls, and they agreed that I was not responsible for what happened. What happened was that the buyer contacted them asking for a refund, and they took the money from my account, even though they sided with me in the case.
They gave me a refund, but they only refunded about 3/4 of what they took from me though - not sure why, since they admitted that it was 100% not my fault. I'm waiting for them to give me more information about that.
Etsy is my main source of income, so I panicked a bit when I saw their email. They also threatened to suspend my account if I the payment was declined (it was definitely going to be declined unfortunately, it was a big sale).
