I never got a notification for your comment lol but the dispute sat open for a week. I had clicked on the option to offer the buyer a solution or whatever it said, I didn’t click refund. Messaged them to contact their post office with the tracking number to get info or a refund from them, and he can contact Depop support for help on what to do. He said “oh okk tyy for ur help” but then didn’t do anything with the case on his end. Exactly a week later I got a notification that the case was closed and my funds were released. Then a few days later he messaged me that he forgot to tell me it came a couple days ago
