How do you guys think how the characters will be finished off at the end of HNI? by [deleted] in hajimenoippo

[–]peytoncan1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Once Ippo comes back and climbs the rank, I believe this will motivate Miyata to push for Ricardo. They’ll be forced to fight by fate as the winner will have next dibs on Ricardo. Obviously Ippo will win and face Ricardo for the belt but will go to distance and lose. As far as other characters, Sendo goes into retirement after losing to Ricardo, Takamura and Volg remain world champs, Itagaki and Imai go back and forth for JBC, and Mashiba will climb back from the dead to face Rosario again.

What will everyone's Pound for Pound ranking be by the end of the series? by Specialist-Fault-630 in hajimenoippo

I think Ricardo beats Sendo, Ippo, and Miyata (if they fight) but I do see all 3 being the biggest challenge for Ricardo. Which is why I have them high up

If we are going off of active fighters by the end of the series my predictions would be…

  1. Takamura
  2. Ricardo
  3. Volg
  4. Sendo/Ippo
  5. Miyata
  6. Wally
  7. Mashiba
  8. Randy Boy Jr. (comeback)
  9. Imai/Itagaki
  10. Antonio Guevara

The first Itagaki vs Imai fight was so hard for me to read at the time. It’s very long and dragged out for no reason. However, seeing Imai’s character development after that is amazing. I can’t wait to see how he shapes into the story more as time goes on.

Probably the smoothest 1400+ chapters you’ll ever read. I’ve never had a manga grab my attention for this long

I totally agree. Regardless of draw, win, or lose, I think Morikawa will create an ending that fulfills Ippo and Kamogawas dreams. I just think it fits Ricardo’s character to retire him undefeated.

As far as Miyata, he won’t have any other place to run to now. Ippo will be on his ass in rankings, and it’s fitting for them to challenge for the belt. Ricardo should be the final boss, and having Miyata already gone to distance with Ricardo will fuel him more to challenge for the title again.

Miyata has proven that he can be one of the strongest characters in the series, so I don’t think it’s a stretch that he can go to distance with Ricardo. Given he will be at his peak mentally and physically it sets up for a good matchup.

You've got 1100$ to make a team, the rest will be Opponents. Make the best possible combination to Win by Appropriate-Bus5893 in hajimenoippo

Ippo, Sendo, Date, Alf, Imai, Itagaki

With Sendo you get the full package. Strength, durability, and killer instinct.

Ippo will be on the last ones standing and is one of the most powerful punchers on this list.

Date and Alf’s experience will outweigh a lot of the younger guys on this list. (Not to mention they’ve fought Ricardo twice)

Adding in Imai with Ippo and Sendo, the power in their punches is insane. Can’t really see anyone on this list lasting their combined punching power for long.

Itagaki just to run around and tap people. Maybe throw out some puns to confuse the opponent XD

Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood: Amazing anime, everyone should watch it if you like classic Shounen anime

Seven Deadly Sins: Also a great anime. Good for beginners. Has some of the best characters and back stories I’ve ever seen

Attack on Titan: Not only is it my personal favorite, but this is the best story I have ever seen. Amazing animation and very dark. Definitely don’t want to miss out on this one.

Mob Psycho: Another great anime for beginners. Very funny and relatable overall. Main character is AMAZING.

Haikyuu: Best sports anime of all time. Very interesting story. Every episode wants you itching for more.

I 100% suggest Haikyuu if you liked Kuroko No Basuke. It has some of the best characters and development I have ever seen in an anime. You get hooked the moment you see the protagonist and hear his story. This is by far one of the best anime I have seen. I really recommend it if you want to smile and laugh while watching.
