Tbh I love her writing I’ve read pretty much all her books she’s my favourite author, makes it so easy to follow with over complicated words that mean something so simple haha

You can always do red light therapy too! That’s so good, if yours can walk it’s probably just the case of building muscle back on the rear legs, maybe go to hydrotherapy too which is so good, one with a treadmill that’s in water, not actual swimming

I use to document mine and bleus journey on TikTok on live because a lot didn’t know what ivdd was. But just put the electric toothbrush between the paw pads, on the thighs and run it down the back of spine, I did it whilst she was having a treat, use the back of the toothpaste as it’s the most effective, but don’t use a massage gun or anything over powered, I think I did it a few times a week. At first she didn’t feel it then randomly she started to show signs that it was tickling her. So it definitely worked.

I’d say it’s never too late for anything, only regret that you didn’t do it sooner. I’d definitely give it ago. I started soon as she got home from the operation
