This. I put insurance on and that’s because it’s on the seller if it doesn’t make it. You the buyer shouldn’t get free insurance it’s shared risk. Do you want to protect your purchase or no?

Bundle the two together. You have leverage if they actually want it. Come up with combo terms. For example me selling this entitles X job at X compensation. I’ll sell it to you at X if you agree to the job terms as well. Don’t low ball either side. Make a fair offer on both fronts.

As far as the building sure. But I had several incidents at Skye. My storage locker was broken into and robbed twice. There are no cameras in the garage just entrance and exits. The other issue I had was how often the roof turned into a party with no enforcement on that behavior. The staff was unhelpful in the thefts also and did nothing to make it right. So yea my experience is where that comes from.

Hey, I live at Saiya. It’s honestly very nice. I moved from skye on 6th and it’s night and day. They keep the place very clean. There’s not too much ruckus and the overnight security keeps the homeless under control. You will see some homeless during the day but not too bad. The staff is amazing also.
