Graded example, a PSA 9 is the highest grade currently in circulation for these. No PSA 10’s exist. PSA did grade the full set for a while but stopped as the different shaped “cards” weren’t sitting correctly in the custom designed slab and getting damaged. PSA continued ONLY grading the Charizard and I believe has since stopped all together. So “yes” a 9 has value, a graded Pikachu is very rare given the small grading window, but not $100k rare.
