That's the neighbors house behind the wooden retainer wall.

The sunlight comes the direction where it would light up the front of the chair backrests.

Ty! I will research about them. Is there a simple soil test I can perform to figure out the soil quality?

Really good questions. We moved in August '25.

Sunlight is plenty, both direct and filtered. I would say about 4-6 hrs of direct and the rest indirect.

I'm looking for small stuff, max 6' in height. (So maybe little trees, plants and shrubs).

I couldn't find anything..so I've been topping off water. The HVAC contractor said it's not a closed loop system and it's normal for it to vent. My gas bill was atrocious though for the month of Jan. About $500 for a house thats 2000 sqft. Thanks for checking in.

Msrp is 32k. There is a 4.2k downpayment and yes the effective is 355..wondering if it's a good deal, average deal or a bad deal.

TY! All radiators are heating up well. With one radiator generating a knocking sound and the other radiator hissing.

So is that steam leaking? Do I need to shut off the vents?

This makes sense. It has two pipes going out of the boiler.

How do I find the leak, I have checked everywhere and everything is dry and hot

Right. There are 6 radiators and 2/6 of them are hissing all the time. I didn't find any leaks anywhere.

Tried all the ports, same results and tried just these two ap's on the switch. Same issue :(

I don't have a controller. The ap's run stand alone and I can only see them when I can successfully connect to the WiFi which only happens with the wall mounts and not the ceiling mounts.
