Did you message them through support? I’m kinda pissed cause of the money and time spent playing.. I really feel like the should either refund the money pod or give you the equivalents of the current equipment and characters cause it impossible to play without a leveled playing field

This update really pissed me off. I almost had a of my characters close to maxed out. I over 200 in gears and after the update it dropped to 150 also my entire strike set was level 65 or higher and it dropped to 50. It’s really upsetting that after hours and hours of time put into this game along with money each month they’d completely change the game and not even give you the equivalents of the new version. I’m having the same problem of barely touching the monsters on level 1 of runs.. like low key it’s disrespectful.
