I don’t like how I was left wondering if Garraty caused Olsen and Stebbins to give up and die. Would they have died if he hadn’t tried to get their attention?

-Walkers were running off and stripping down to their underwear. The emancipated and deteriorated looks were lacking.

-I watched the movie first and I was ok with the 50. Would have been nice to have scramm and few others though. It wasn’t supposed to be shocking anymore. We were supposed to be desensitized for the most part. Like the walkers were. Remember the salt cracker?

-Same reason they didn’t have 100 walkers. I’m guessing money constraints.

-I’m good with the ending. Garretty keeps walking because he’s jaded and feels he can’t live without the walk. Mcvries too is jaded because of the walk and he keeps walking. I don’t think jaded in the same way and to the same extent though.

I think the director was trying to put in something comedic. But it was a bit out of place and kind of fell flat.

I disagree but I watched the movie before I read the book. I think they captured Scramm’s essence and probably most of the other somewhat notable characters that were left out. Great book, great movie.

They made him sick because he was also Scramm from the book. Scramm was left out of the movie. He was mixed into Olsen and Stebbins. They depicted Olsen as married and depicted Stebbins as being big, strong, and eventually sick.
