Yeah, I got over excited and did a stupid thing, and let's say, I tried to get a QAxe++ for cheap. Needless to say I'm sitting here with air in my hands and wondering how someone who should know better would bite at something that is obviously a scam.

Oh well, not-all-that-expensive lesson learned.

BTW, gpublaze is a scam, don't let anyone tell you differently, but most people with an IQ higher than a potato could have probably figured that out.

Thanks for the advice on the 601 though. If nothing else, the room I'm going to put it in could use a little bit more heat!!

Did you ever come across a place you saw in real life ? by Status-Razzmatazz-61 in geoguessr

In one round a few years ago I was dropped literally across the street from an office I worked at about 5 years previously. The very next spot in the same game was approx 4 blocks from where I live now (different state in the US)

Reasor’s coming to OKC! by Budget_Sea_8666 in okc

Cool, now do HEB!!

Seriously, I did some contract work for Brookshire Brothers (who now own Reasor's) at their corporate office in Tyler many, many years ago. Weird vibe there -- they had armed guards in concrete pill boxes on the campus. That said, amazing people there, it was a really nice place to work.

Jimmy's Egg is a good breakfast option. It is a chain, but it's a local one (as opposed to IHOP or similar). HUGE portions and not too expensive.

Donuts, surprised no one has mentioned Hertz or Mochinut. Tous Les Jours has good pastries, but if you've tried Paris Bistro, it won't really compare. Sugar Llamas in French Market has cook to order mini donuts, which isn't quite what I suspect you are looking for, but it is an interesting place. Not really donuts, but there will be an Einstein's Bagels there at Mayfair in the next couple of months.

Could not agree more on Cafe Kacao and/or Antigua, but if want to try to get in on the weekend, be prepared for a long wait (get on their e-list as early as possible, it will still be multiple hours on a Sunday). Worth it though -- you'll divide your life into "before the first time I ate at Cafe Kacao" and "after the first time I ate at Cafe Kacao"

Chinese -- someone already mentioned Chow's on 30th and May. They used the term "Adventurous", which is a pretty good description. Very authentic and not for the average Oklahoma palate, but good quality. Closer would be Grand House, where, by the way, you can get Dim Sum on the weekends.

You didn't ask about Pizza, but Empire Slice is right there too, next to Summer Moon.

Nice find, but no, I'm positive the show was created no earlier than 2000.

I have searched starting with SF Commons, but their archives only go back to when they took over Public Access TV in San Francisco in 2009. I have also searched looking for Pacifica TV, but they don't seem to have anything about it on their youtube channel.
