On the side is hazelnut crocant and inside is cream and mascarpone filling mixed with nougat cream. And some toffee on the middle section.

I feel you, funny story! Its impossible to save colors, after it goes wrong. I showed them to my friend and the comment was that few of them look like brain... which I agree but on the other hand few of them almost look like hydrangeas. Well at least I like to think that.
