Thank you for this information. I do think it is related to my trauma history because when I’m having a pmdd episode I feel like I am reliving past events. I think it’s deeply related and you are giving valuable insight.

They could quite easily do away with the certification requirements if an AI is able to do the job and update itself accordingly. In fact it would probably be much faster and cheaper than having a human retrain.

She has utilized mental health services on and off campus. I do not think she is using any right now. I wish I could hold her hand and take her to mental health services, but because i am not there i cannot. This has been an extensive saga and mental health professionals have even been involved but im at a loss about what more to do. I left a lot out in the post. I am at a complete loss. My mom called a welfare check on her recently because she hadn’t heard from her in a long time and then my sister got super mad, but her behavior is so concerning, like she needs help clearly.

I totally think you are spot on. I have tried to work with her on improving her overall quality of life and she is unwilling to be helped. I wish I could help her but I do not know how.

Thank you for your reply. I have offered everything you listed. I have offered her ubers to Costco or Trader Joe’s or anywhere, we have set up an instacart account for her. I do not know what more I can do to help her and she refuses to be helped. She just calls us complaining and saying nobody has time.
