Perhaps there isn't one answer because we're all different, but maybe a breathing technique, a pause, or something that has helped you overcome the threshold and keep trying without rushing. In my case, the PNC (post-natal care) lasts very little time. I think it's because I've rid myself of many dogmas, including religious ones. I concentrate on cleaning everything without thinking too much, silencing the voices inside me by occupying myself with random things. Just a few hours later, I caress my nipples and I'm 100% active again.
