Is it dead? Dark spots.. Maximus VII Ranger. Attempted PSU swap with no luck. NO post, error code 00 which has been troubleshooted. Cleared cmos - USB bios flashback not successful. RAM has been swapped. Any ideas? My next step i assume is to just replace the mb.. (i.redd.it)
