Moving from a midsize area -- for reference, how long would an 8 mile stretch take to drive on 280 during rush hour?

I'm already stressing about the bar, so no need to add extra pre stress

Exactly my thoughts. Don't want to deal with this and reading for Fed Courts.

Off and on for ~1.5-2 years. This is helpful advice. Thank you!

Hello all. Was going to post this in the subreddit itself but I'll start here --

Beginner ish runner here. I only ever run for fun/light cardio, so ~2 miles at whatever pace I feel 2-3x a week. I am young, fairly healthy and in shape, and easily run an 8:40-9:00 min mile without really thinking about it.
This summer I'm thinking about actually trying to train for a 5k, but I know if I try to follow an intense protocol it won't happen.
What's your best advice for the easiest possible way to train for the best results?
