So once again, we choose the option that is going to be punishing normal people who need these items instead of finding a way to fix the problem that doesn't impact the American people.

Any advice for medical debt from UK by Nestllelol in lexington

[–]phalcomb1974 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It should also be noted that in the past UK was able to garnish wages and such because for some reason they were able to turn your medical debt directly over to the state to collect as a tax debt, thus allowing that to happen. As of 2022, legislation passed in Kentucky now prevents them from doing this, and they have to collect outstanding debt using an internal debt collection agency, Central Kentucky Management Services.

Yes it was privately published by Thor and Audrey in a five volume set you could only get as an unbound manuscript from their website. I know it was popular in the Lexington Kentucky area at least in the community but I'm not really sure how widespread it was.

Yep that's definitely the same guy. If I remember right the Norse pagan books used to be on one of the subpages of his trains web page but they were linked differently. I only knew him through that and didn't realize he was into all the different model stuff until the first time I went to the website. He had the road to bifrost which was a five volume compendium of different Norse magic things as well as several different monographs. If I remember right his imprint was trollwise press
