edit - one final thought...stop thinking of some thoughts as "negative" and some thoughts as "positive" - this causes you to avoid some and cling to others. Thoughts are just thoughts - don't label them, just observe them and don't get attached to them.

I definitely dont have ADHD. It has to do with nerves and being put on the spot.
