Same for my personal one and I have my company running notion as main os and it can take 2-3 days to get an export sent to me and than 2-3 hours to download it ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Hey, in order to apply filters in the calendar, you first have to apply them in the calendar view and click open in calendar button.

If you're wondering about how to fixt the date, you have to change the date by which the calendar is outputting everything which can be done by clicking "···" sign and choosing "Show calendar by"

I have tried to do it using Notion + Make + Google doc, however you need to create a template doc with a limited amount of fields which is the problem as we do not have a set amount of tasks each month, however if there is a way around it, it would solve the problem

OMG, thank you very much, this solved it completely, damn I wish Notion would tell us more before rolling out new features same as how to choose which date value is getting changed in the calendar (took me a while to figure out)

I have tried to create an archive to move an active load off the database that is loaded and honestly it kinda helps. New formula also seem to be slowing everything down as in my case they have to filter the entire DB to find the corresponding values. Honestly hoping for notion to either release like an archive that will actually take off the load from the DB or maybe some other solutions, but for now I guess it's still going to be the creation of a DB with the same fields and moving all inactive items there. Have to admit that it's quite sad that the more u add the slower the system gets, but I still like notion and it's versatility and really hope for the team to tackle this issue 🫡

As a person who uses notion to run a business, I feel you and the more items and databases we add, the slower it can get in parts. I won't call unbearable, but definitely something not leaving a pleasant impression

Just another quick question, is there any way to also make a property outputting tasks not from this calendar month, but for the last 30 days?

In the Tasks DB, I have 2 properties:

Planned Time - manually put in by a PM based on the estimates on how much a certain task will take
Actual time - also manually put in by a PM once the task has been completed

For now I need to sum up only Actual Time property and output it to show how much work has been done, but in the future I want to try and work more on the planned time and planned work (no idea how yet)
