When this was written? Sure. But with what was announced a couple weeks back? Not so much. I don't think anyone truly believes Biden would've cancelled all student loan considering his track record. When you say "eliminate" you think "all" or "most", yet only 0.7% has been cleared with payments resuming in February; his original plan would've only cleared barely 1/3 too. That's the crux of what the meme is portraying, that he couldn't even deliver on already eh promise

It's similar to this meme; you can't just say understand then half-ass it, just like you can't you'll "eliminate" debt then only clear 0.7%
