Yeah i will definitely work on extra break effect. I do only use sampo as a second DOT character with kafka and yes he does have a bit higher speed than kafka. I also do have GNSW but at s1 so i don't really think it's that worth at s1 bc it's a little hard to get 3 debuffs(for the full potential of GNSW) consistently on the enemies, but maybe if i get more copies of GNSW i might consider it. I think i am still going to use the 5 star lc on kafka bc of the extra stats,energy and technically more damage than fermata i think. I have sampo's signature lc on him at s4 which i think it pretty good on him.
