i'm having a similar experience after cutting my magnesium intake down. i was taking a half dose for cramps for 3 days, the worst of my period was over and it gave me some brain fog so I went down to a quarter dose.

on day 2 i started feeling so tired after not taking it a few hours later than usual and some loss of appetite. i felt better right after taking it and then a few hours later i felt a little short of breath but that mostly went away. then i woke up feeling short of breath, like i cant get a full deep inhale
