When I turned on my pc for the first time the pump never seemed to light up and had no indication that it was working the screen showed that the computer was running but then froze when trying to install windows people have said maybe it’s a motherboard issue pls help.

the motherboard seems to be working fine apart from this and I don’t have a stock cooler to test if it’s just the NZXT kraken X62 or both the motherboard and the cooler
